Responsibilities

Assist faculty and clients to design, develop, and integrate technology-enabled learning in courses and materials.
Provide coaching in instructional design, LMS, and software for course development and implementation.
Create website content, multimedia aids, video demos, e-learning modules, and online courses to train faculty and staff.
Support instructional technology initiatives and troubleshoot technical issues with management.
Design and deliver workshops and provide customer service on supported technologies to instructional designers and trainers.
