Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university by hire date.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with technology/systems administration.
• Experience working with educational technologies, various forms of new media, and relevant subject-specific technology.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and their integration within higher education environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for the Learning Management System (Canvas).
• Oversee development and implementation of strategic initiatives to integrate technology into academic programs.
• Act as the contact for elevated support cases.
• Work closely with the Center for Faculty Excellence to support faculty and administrators in leveraging technology to achieve educational goals.
