Citizens with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and experience designing learning strategies using Captivate. Responsibilities include needs analyses, course design, development, testing, and managing training projects, schedules, resources, and scope.

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience with instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full training development life-cycle for instructor-led, web-based, blended, and performance-support programs.
• Conduct needs assessments and training needs analyses.
• Select and design innovative instructional strategies and technologies to optimize learning objectives.
• Develop, test, and deploy training courses and performance-support products.
• Manage all aspects of training projects, including schedules, resources, and scope.
