Job summary

Navstar Inc. is seeking a seasoned Instructional Designer to plan, develop, and implement comprehensive software training for online learners and customers.

You will collaborate with senior designers and SMEs to create materials, storyboards, and learning artifacts for online and face-to-face delivery. Requirements include an active TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Instructional Design with 9+ years of related experience, and strong communication and leadership abilities to manage

Qualifications

• Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Instructional Design or related field with 9+ years of experience.
• Ability to analyze, interpret and integrate technical material into training curriculum.
• Lead and coordinate across departments to develop training programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement software training for online learners and customers.
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training to meet objectives.
• Create design documents, storyboards, and learning artifacts for online and in-person delivery.
• Develop job aids, training videos, and other learning materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and revise materials as needed.
• Provide leadership in identifying training program issues and developing solutions.
