Qualifications

• US citizenship is required and active status is necessary.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI CI polygraph.
• A degree with years of experience as listed (bachelor/master/phD/Associates/high school).
• Experience conducting detailed training or job/task analyses.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and clients to develop solutions.
• Experience designing products that meet Section 508 standards.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary instructional design team and client-focused consulting.
• Experience developing learning solutions for IC agencies.
• Experience designing and developing SCORM-conformant eLearning content.
• Hands-on with rapid development tools: Adobe Presenter, Captivate, Articulate.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs, scientists, and clients to identify learning requirements and training solutions.
• Design learner-centered synchronous and asynchronous materials and performance support tools.
• Apply ADDIE and SAM methodologies to develop engaging learning experiences.
• Gather requirements, solicit feedback, and incorporate innovative delivery approaches.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment with mission objectives and user needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick and other assessments.
• Analyze learning outcomes and implement continuous improvements.
• Develop instructional solutions that maximize learner performance with minimal downtime.
• Support intelligence community clients with impactful learning experiences.
• Contribute innovative instructional design strategies for organizational learning and readiness.
