Job summary

RenXTech in Chantilly, Virginia, is seeking a Training and Instructional Design Specialist with TS/SCI clearance to support national security initiatives. You will lead the full training development lifecycle for instructor-led, web-based, and blended offerings, and drive learning outcomes through rigorous needs analyses and innovative strategies.

Applicants must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and experience in instructional design and Captivate.

Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 1-5 based off of experience, assessments and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Experience with Instructional Design.
• Must have experience with Captivate.

Target salary range: $150,000 - $175,000.
