Job summary

RenXTech in McLean, VA is seeking a senior intelligence professional to identify counterintelligence concerns, produce detailed analyses, and brief executive leadership. The role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph, U.S.

citizenship, and a Bachelor's degree with extensive field experience. You will lead all-source research efforts, craft IC-related documents, and coordinate with customers to deliver timely, accurate intelligence products in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's Degree and 1-20 years of customer-specific experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in All-Source analysis.
• Experience writing IC-related documents.
• Experience and understanding of research, analysis and tools used by the end customer is highly desirable.
• Experience creating, reading and processing all-source intelligence and related reports.

Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 1-5 based off of experience, assessments and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' Degree and at least 1-20 years of Customer specific experience
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in All-Source analysis
• Experience writing IC-related documents
• Experience and understanding of research, analysis and use of tools specific to the end customer is highly desirable
• Experienced in creating, reading and processing all - source intelligence, including the ability to conduct research, analysis, reports from all disciplines
• Be able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally as well as in writing
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow-through and manage status reporting and scheduling
• Foreign field experience from at least two overseas tours or extensive overseas TDY experience
• Direct Customer experience and tradecraft certifications
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with the ability to handle stressful situations
• Be very detail oriented, able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally (daily communication and in presentations) as well as in writing
• Experience in Intelligence Operations/Analysis/Support to Field Operations

Target salary range: $170,000 - $185,000.
