Job summary

RenXTech, headquartered in McLean, VA, seeks experienced intelligence operations professionals to lead worldwide operations and deliver actionable intelligence for national security. You will manage 24/7 missions, coordinate across collection platforms, and drive strategies with leadership, while meeting tight deadlines.

Must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a Bachelor's degree, plus 2–4+ years of professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against high priority threats to U.S. national security. Direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact 24/7 intelligence operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness.
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms utilized to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic, operational and tactical objectives.
• Actively produce collection, develop strategies, engage leadership and implement plans.
• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from Journeymen to Expert based off of experience, assessments and customer feedback.

Essential Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Two to four (2-4+) years of full-time professional experience.
• Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university. Equivalent formal military training may substitute for education requirement.
• Ability to work a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, to include weekends and holidays.
• Critical thinker.
• Understanding of immediate and long-term implications of tactical decisions and how those decisions fit into the overall team objectives.
• Military experience a huge plus
• All Source analysis experience

Target salary range: $100,000 - $140,000.
