Job summary

RenXTech, headquartered in McLean, Virginia, seeks a senior intelligence professional with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph. You will identify counterintelligence concerns, produce written analyses and briefings, and advise customer leadership. Expect fast-paced, deadline-driven project work across all-source intelligence disciplines.

This role requires U.S. citizenship and a Bachelor’s degree with 7–11 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison between field guidance and office guidance.
• Conduct All-Source analysis and produce IC-related documents.

Candidate Capabilities

• Identify and evaluate possible counterintelligence concerns, provide written products, briefings and produce detailed products
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to customer leadership
• Present research and briefing senior level managers quickly and thoroughly and be able to react to a highly fluid environment
• Actively produce collection, develop strategies, engage leadership and implement plans
• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Act as the main point of contact between field and office guidance

Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 1-5 based off of experience, assessments and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Bachelors' Degree and at least 7-11 years of Customer specific experience
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in All-Source analysis
• Experience writing IC-related documents
• Experience and understanding of research, analysis and use of tools specific to the end customer is highly desirable
• Experienced in creating, reading and processing all - source intelligence, including the ability to conduct research, analysis, reports from all disciplines
• Be able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally as well as in writingAttention to detail and the ability to effectively follow-through and manage status reporting and scheduling
• Foreign field experience from at least two overseas tours or extensive overseas TDY experience
• Direct Customer experience and tradecraft certifications
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with the ability to handle stressful situations
• Be very detail oriented, able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally (daily communication and in presentations) as well as in writing
• Experience in Intelligence Operations/Analysis/Support to Field Operations

Target salary range: $140,000 - $160,000.
