Job summary

RenXTech in Chantilly, VA seeks a seasoned Instructional Designer to execute the full training development lifecycle for instructor-led, web-based, blended, and performance-support programs. Candidates must be U.S.

Citizens with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and experience designing learning strategies using Captivate. Responsibilities include needs analyses, course design, development, testing, and managing training projects, schedules, resources, and scope.
