• Experience with IMSI/IMI style content and SCORM-compliant materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop training products using a systematic approach, adult learning theories, learning technologies, and competency-based learning for blended experiences.
• Collaborate with project managers, programmers, graphics artists, editors and subject matter experts to develop training curriculum.
• Support AETC training analysis activities including competency-based training development and analysis.
