Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an Instructional Systems Designer to support HQ AETC A3/6 at Randolph AFB, TX, developing blended learning using ADDIE, IMI, and SCORM to meet USAF readiness goals.

You will work with PMs, SMEs, graphics editors, and developers, maintain courseware, ensure 508 compliance, and apply Articulate/Captivate/Lectora tools; active Secret clearance is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience with ADDIE full life cycle.
• Proficiency with Articulate, Captivate, or similar tools.
• Ability to convert material into online learning and SCORM.
• Experience with online/blended learning and accessibility (Section 508).

Responsibilities

• Develop training products using a systematic approach and adult learning theories.
• Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, and editors to create curricula.
• Support conversion of training materials for IMI using current software.
• Develop SCORM-compliant content and test IMI packages.
