Job summary

Qualifications

• MS/MA or BS/BA in Education and Training Development or related field.
• 3 years of experience as an instructional designer within the last 5 years.
• Portfolio with at least three e-learning projects.
• Experience with LMS like Moodle and SCORM-compliant content.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to conduct needs analyses and training needs analysis.
• Define clear, measurable learning objectives aligned with course goals.
• Design course structures with modules, lessons, and assessments.
• Develop instructional content from source materials using instructional design methodologies.
• Select and implement diverse instructional strategies for different learning styles.
• Design and implement pre-, formative, and summative assessments.
• Evaluate course effectiveness and apply feedback for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and facilitate instructor-led activities in virtual and residential environments.
