Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, business, communication, behavioral sciences, or related field.
• Experience evaluating course effectiveness and learning products.
• Advanced knowledge of instructional theories and educational psychology.
• Experience researching and writing course content or developing courses and technology-driven products.
• Proficiency with word processing, databases, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design courses and curricula with accurate content.
• Conduct needs assessments for customized training.
• Create and edit LMS learning activities and training assignments.
• Develop multimedia instructional materials and graphics.
• Develop and test course content, training games, and graphic designs.
• Evaluate course effectiveness and delivery methods.
• Present to groups including executive leadership.
