Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) seeks motivated Instructional Systems Designers (ISD) at Associate, Mid, or Senior levels for immediate on-site work in Orlando, FL. The role applies ADDIE to create interactive multimedia instruction, with collaboration across SMEs and project teams.

Travel may be required, and active clearance is preferred. The position is temporary on call, offering up to 40 hours per week for about six months starting January 2027, with duties spanning design, development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design/education required.
• 1-12 years DOD ISD experience depending on level.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience with IMI/learning tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Attend data collection meetings to record all required and relevant data.
• Research instructional design theories using ADDIE.
• Collaborate with SME to extract instructional content for learning objectives.
• Develop curriculum with objectives, evaluations, handbooks, and lesson plans.
• Coordinate with ISDs, PMs, and development team to meet quality and schedule.
