ESC Region 3 is seeking an experienced Liaison - Instructional Support in Victoria, TX. Immediate start with travel within in-region and occasional out-of-region work.

Role focuses on coaching teachers, implementing HQIM/RBIS, and delivering PD across districts to improve student outcomes. The position requires a Masters degree, Texas Administrator Certificate, and 3+ years of leadership plus teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for instructional leadership roles.
• Texas Administrator/Teacher certificate or equivalent.
• Three+ years of campus/district leadership experience.
• Three+ years teaching experience; HQIM/RBIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute teacher coaching across districts.
• Assist in design and implementation of federal, state, and local initiatives.
• Deliver job-embedded professional development for clients at district/school level.
• Provide data-driven feedback and coaching to improve student outcomes.
• Collaborate with classrooms to identify capacity-building needs and develop sequenced PD.
