Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate with endorsement in area of assignment or appropriate license/certification.
• Minimum of three years of teaching experience.
• Experience with Texas Reading/Math Academies, Early Childhood Education, RBIS, high quality instructional materials, or instructional coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, delivers, and facilitates job-embedded professional development for district, school, or classroom level.
• Provide co-planning, observation, and real-time feedback to participants.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching to identify growth areas and build capacity.
• Provide technical assistance related to compliance, systems, or state requirements.
• Collaborate with classroom/school to build capacity and plan intentional scope and sequences of PD.
• Analyze data to drive instructional growth and identify strengths and opportunities.
• Support scaling of best practices in instruction and leadership.
