Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a Training Specialist, Mid to design and deliver end-to-end training programs that help users and staff adopt new systems in a mission-critical federal environment.

You will conduct needs analyses, define learning objectives, develop blended curricula, and use LMS tools to track progress and metrics, partnering with product owners and IT teams to align with releases and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, HR, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in technical training or instructional design.
• Proficiency with instructional design methodologies and adult-learning principles.
• Experience designing and delivering training for technical systems or complex processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform training needs analyses and define role-based objectives for diverse user groups.
• Design and develop blended training solutions (classroom, virtual, e-learning, simulations).
• Translate complex concepts into practical examples and real use cases.
• Create templates, storyboards, and content standards for consistency.
• Configure and use LMS to manage curricula, enrollments, and metrics.
• Facilitate training events; adjust delivery based on feedback and observation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with product owners, admins, and project teams to align with releases.
• Support change-management activities around new systems or processes.
