Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in technical training or training development.
• Proficiency with instructional design methodologies and adult-learning principles.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering training for technical systems or complex business processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform training needs analyses and define role-based learning objectives for diverse user groups.
• Design and develop blended training solutions including classroom/virtual courses, e-learning, simulations, job aids, and quick-reference guides.
• Convert complex technical concepts into clear examples, scenarios, and case studies aligned to real program use cases.
• Create and maintain reusable templates, storyboards, and content standards for consistency across courses.
• Configure and use LMS to manage curricula, enrollments, and completion tracking, and produce training metrics.
