Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in education, training, HR, IT, or related field.
• 4–7 years in technical training, instructional design, or training and development.
• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering training for technical systems or complex business processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform training needs analyses and define role-based learning objectives for diverse user groups.
• Design and develop blended training solutions including classroom, virtual, and e-learning modules.
• Convert complex concepts into clear examples, scenarios, and case studies aligned to use cases.
• Create reusable templates, storyboards, and content standards for consistency.
• Configure and use LMS to manage curricula, enrollments, and completion tracking; produce metrics.
• Facilitate training events (in-person and virtual) and manage learner engagement.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments and surveys; drive improvements.
• Coordinate with product owners, IT, and project teams to stay aligned with releases.
• Support change-management activities related to new system rollouts.
