Job summary

Streamline is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer in Knoxville, TN to develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training using ILT, virtual, and eLearning formats. You will translate complex information into engaging content, apply adult learning principles, and collaborate with SMEs across product and tech teams.

The role requires 3+ years in instructional design, strong storytelling, and proficiency with Articulate Storyline/Rise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of instructional design, eLearning development, or corporate training experience.
• Experience designing instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Knowledge of LMS and learning analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to analyze needs and learning objectives.
• Design and develop instructional materials for ILT, virtual, eLearning, and blending.
• Create design documents, storyboards, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments.
• Develop and maintain templates, standards, and documentation for consistency.
