The role blends instructional design expertise with hands-on training delivery, leveraging Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and modern LMS tools, while applying adult learning principles and performance-based methodologies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in instructional design and/or training delivery, including eLearning development tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills; excellent communication, organization, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials: eLearning modules, ILT, VILT, job aids, blended learning.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
• Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia content using authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate).
• Evaluate training effectiveness and iterate content based on feedback and KPIs.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions; adapt for diverse audiences.
