Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR) is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and deliver corporate training across offices. You will develop content, manage LMS administration, and ensure SCORM compliance while partnering with SMEs to align programs with firm goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of training or facilitation experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience with SCORM compliance and copywriting laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and prioritize objectives with management and SMEs.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and LMS content (eLearning, simulations, blended).
• Design training processes and enable SMEs to deliver consistently.
• Plan and manage training activities across offices; handle logistics.
• Deliver training and adapt methods to audience.
• Improve content and assess training quality and impact.
• Administer the LMS: course setup, assignments, reporting, data integrity.
• Perform other L&D duties to support program goals.
