Job summary

Trunk Tools is seeking an Instructional Designer and Learning Operations Lead to design and run certification curricula behind our AI-Enabled GC program. You will own content across accounts, manage the LMS, and coordinate authoring with contractors during the build phase.

The role emphasizes front-loaded authoring, scalable curriculum configuration per GC, and maintaining certification standards as the program expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across instructional design and learning operations / LMS administration.
• Corporate training or enablement experience; AI/software training is a plus.
• Experience standing up or running a certification program; construction/AEC a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design certification tracks and modules by business unit and role.
• Build blended learning with video, quizzes, and in-person components; create meaningful assessments.
• Administer LMS: enrollments, cohorts, certification tracking, reporting.
