Job summary

CommonSpirit Health seeks an TLC Instructional Designer to lead end-to-end development of high-impact learning experiences. You will research complex topics, apply adult learning theory, own project lifecycles, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure trainings align with business goals.

You will build courses in Articulate Storyline and Rise, analyze learner feedback, optimize workflows, and facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or a related L&D role.
• Strong ability to design engaging digital content using adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of learning content following best practices.
• Develop and deploy assessment and evaluation tools to improve instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with business goals.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions, both in-person and virtual, to ensure program effectiveness.
