CommonSpirit Health is seeking a TLC Instructional Designer to lead end-to-end creation of high-impact learning experiences. You will research complex topics, apply adult learning theory, own project lifecycles, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align training with business goals.

You will build courses in Articulate Storyline and Rise, analyze learner feedback, optimize workflows, and facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–3 years of instructional design or related learning development experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design of high-impact digital learning experiences.

• Build courses in Articulate Storyline and Rise.
