Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks an Instructional Designer I to design and develop Government Programs and Services (GPS) training materials, including e-learning content and instructor-led materials.

This role involves creating and updating work instructions for internal and client-facing processes and delivering training to internal teams and external clients. The candidate will collaborate with the Training Manager, analyze audience needs, and build learning materials that promote

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 2 years' of SME in respective areas.
• Experience with instructional design software and tools (Captivate, Storyline, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash).
• Industry certifications in instructional design preferred.
• Ability to develop course content and curricula using ADDIE and learning theories.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and evaluate GPS training programs.
• Determine instructional goals and objectives with Training Manager.
• Create storyboards, UI/UX designs, prototypes and media for training materials.
• Deliver training via multiple formats (e-learning, instructor-led, etc.).
• Maintain familiarity with Medicaid and federal requirements for programs.
