You will lead teams in applying modern instructional design practices, create objectives, and manage content across LMS platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, data-driven analysis of training needs, and ongoing improvement of learning materials to meet competency goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with adult learning principles in instructional design or related area.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant disciplines.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Storyline or Captivate.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training solutions for multiple frontline workgroups with stakeholder collaboration.
• Apply adult learning theory to create objectives, storyboards, and simulations.
• Utilize LMS to upload, test, and manage course trees and content.
• Analyze Job Task Analyses, Needs Analyses, and Gap Analyses to tailor content.
• Lead projects including content development, scripting, and coordinating media.
• Facilitate reviews with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Research new technologies to improve content development standards.
