We are seeking an Instructional Designer II - Remote who will design, manage, and construct innovative learning experiences that implement best-in-class adult learning strategies through virtual, instructor-led, and blended solutions.Empower participants to achieve measurable results through training that inspires alignment with the Hanger purpose, vision, and values, educates with practical, real world activities, and prepares with intuitive, easy to follow job aids.

Pay range of $65,000 to $80,000 annual salary + annual bonus: up to 5% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
