This is an on-campus, in-person role supporting GCOX faculty and programs, including various MBA and MS programs. Responsibilities include end-to-end course design, development, and setup in e-learning systems, primarily Canvas, ensuring quality delivery and a positive student experience.
The role involves collaboration with faculty and course production teams to produce instructional materials for online courses and programs.
A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s preferred. Degrees in Instructional Systems Design, Education Instruction, or related fields are desirable.
Minimum of three years of relevant work experience is required, including experience designing online courses, creating faculty course videos, and piloting new teaching technologies.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential. Ability to develop effective relationships across the university.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of course design principles, familiarity with Quality Matters, and experience with Canvas or similar LMS.
Experience with multimedia production tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere, or similar is preferred.
