Description

Responsibilities:



  • Instruct and train customers and employees on current and legacy products at both TIC and remote locations.

  • Schedule and conduct Webinars and Virtual Learning Events to support sales and distribution.

  • Maintain training equipment and manuals.

  • Design and develop courseware, including lesson plans, schedules, manuals, instructional materials, and testing.


Requirements:



  • 2 year Technical degree or equivalent military training.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 4-6 years of previous experience.

  • Prefer previous field service experience.

  • Previous experience servicing adjustable speed drives a plus.

  • Prefer strong background in creating training material using various
    software mediums.

  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written


Travel:--25-50%


Tools/Equip: Hand tools, electronic test equipment


Work Environment: Customer sites, plant facilities, normal office environment, electrical and mechanical hazards


Physical Requirements: 50 lb lifting minimum, standing extended periods of time
