Qualifications

• 3-5 years of instructional design or curriculum development experience or equivalent education.
• Advanced knowledge of Instructional Design Processes (including ADDIE & SAM) and Adult Learning Theory.
• eLearning Design experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist trainers on course evaluation results.
• Collaborate with others to plan and design courses and curricula.
• Conduct needs assessment to provide customized training.
• Create and edit new LMS learning activities.
• Develop classroom, online and independent learning program content.
