Compensation
Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr
What You’ll Do
- Plan and design courses, curricula, and training programs (online, classroom, and blended).
- Develop engaging instructional materials using eLearning tools, graphics, games, and multimedia.
- Set up courses and assignments in the LMS; create reports to track completion.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand training gaps and propose learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and update materials as needed.
- Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and business leaders to ensure accuracy and impact.
- Deliver presentations and support trainers with classroom and virtual delivery.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects with minimal supervision.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience designing instructional materials and learning experiences (online & instructor-led).
- Strong knowledge of instructional theories, adult learning principles, and design models (e.g., ADDIE).
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proficiency with authoring tools and multimedia for course development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and translate complex processes into simple, clear learning content.
Preferred (nice to have)
- Experience with multimedia training and digital learning tools.
- Familiarity with corporate learning environments or financial services industry.
