Job summary

Insight Global seeks an Instructional Designer (eLearning Course Development) to rapidly convert existing content into high-quality online courses for a large-scale digital learning initiative. You will partner with SMEs and a US-based Project Manager to deliver engaging courses in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Articulate Rise, LMS deployment, and a strong foundation in ADDIE/SAM/backward design, supporting higher education or corporate learning

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing and building eLearning or online training content.
• Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Rise strongly preferred).
• Experience building and deploying courses within an LMS (Canvas or similar).
• Proven ability to transform SME-provided content into engaging, structured courses.
• Strong understanding of instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, backward design).
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
