Northrop Grumman is seeking an instructional systems designer to join the Learning and Communications Solutions (LCS) team. You will design and develop training materials for diverse audiences across web-based, mobile, and immersive platforms.

The role emphasizes needs analysis, project management, and evaluation, with collaboration from subject matter experts to deliver effective learning solutions. A pathway to advancement and a strong learning culture are highlighted.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of experience developing e-learning delivered through digital media (LMS, web, video, or mobile)
• Experience applying ADDIE model or ISD Learning Theory to solve learning problems
• Experience developing instructor guides, student manuals, workbooks, and instructor-led training

Mansioni

• Designing and developing training materials and curricula for program implementation
• Creating web-based training, self-paced guides, case studies, job aids, and assessments
• Developing scenario-based storyboards and technology-based courses for online, mobile, and immersive platforms
• Creating and analyzing assessments (pre/post-tests, quizzes) to improve learning effectiveness
• Collaborating with SMEs to identify training needs and develop solutions
