You will design, develop, and deliver impactful solutions across virtual, eLearning, and multimedia formats to accelerate product knowledge and support business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
3+ years of experience designing and delivering adult learning programs in corporate/retail/education.
Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
Experience creating training materials, job aids, guides, manuals, and performance support resources.
Experience with video scripting, editing, and multimedia content development.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging virtual, eLearning, and multimedia training programs.
Create training materials including job aids, reference materials, videos, and interactive assets.
Develop learning materials that build confidence and competency for frontline and management teams.
Continuously evaluate and enhance existing training programs to improve engagement and outcomes.
Explore emerging learning technologies and digital solutions to modernize training experiences.
Analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner feedback and performance data.
Coordinate with clients, SMEs, operations leaders, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
Coordinate training projects from concept through implementation and follow-up.
