Job summary

fpSOLUTIONS, the learning and professional development division of Fisher Phillips LLP, seeks an instructional designer to design and deliver scenario-based learning on compliance, data privacy, and workplace safety. You’ll use Articulate Storyline, Rise, Absorb Create, and Synthesia AI to build scalable, engaging learning experiences.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on development, collaborating with attorneys and SMEs to translate regulatory requirements into practical training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience designing corporate learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design approaches (ADDIE, SAM) and analysis techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging e-learning modules for compliance, data privacy, and workplace safety training.
• Collaborate with attorneys, SMEs, and stakeholders to translate requirements into learning solutions.
• Create design documents, storyboards, scripts, and assessments.
• Publish courses in SCORM/xAPI formats and deploy on LMS platforms.
