Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Lead eLearning Instructional Designer to oversee a three-person team in creating engaging learning solutions for compliance, leadership training and ways of working. You will manage timelines, contribute hands-on development, and leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities include end-to-end design of eLearning, ILT, job aids and knowledge management, with a strong emphasis on client needs, feedback from SMEs, and project governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years related experience; degree substitution permitted.
• Expert development skills in Articulate Rise 360 with AI, Synthesia, and Camtasia.
• Deep expertise in ADDIE instructional design methodology.
• Ability to translate feedback from subject matter experts into training design.
• Strong project management to create and manage timelines and risks.
• Executive presence and client communication to assess needs and manage priorities.
• Experience with Copilot AI tools to speed administrative tasks and create engaging work products.
• Excellent organizational skills for project file management and data audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead a three-person team in end-to-end creation of engaging learning solutions.
• Manage timelines, risk, and priorities to deliver high-quality programs.
• Develop eLearning, live and virtual instructor-led training, job aids and knowledge-management artifacts.
• Prepare work samples and demonstrate impact to stakeholders.
