Guidehouse is seeking an experienced E‑Learning Instructional Designer to lead a small team in Atlanta, overseeing development of engaging solutions for compliance, leadership, and ways of working. You will deliver a mix of elearning, live and virtual instructor‑led training, job aids, and knowledge management, while applying AI to streamline work.

With 10+ years in the field and expert skills in Articulate Rise 360, Synthesia, and Camtasia, you will translate client needs into training programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of professional experience in related areas.
• Expert development skills in Articulate Rise 360 with AI, Synthesia, and Camtasia.
• Deep expertise in ADDIE instructional design methodology.
• Ability to communicate expertise into feedback that grows team skill.
• Experience in efficient utilization of instructional design and Copilot AI tools to speed administrative tasks and create engaging work products.
• Executive presence and communication skills to understand client needs and manage feedback from SMEs.
• Deep project management experience to create and manage project timelines and report data audits.
• Exceptional organizational skills for project file management and audits.

• Lead three team members in end-to-end creation of engaging learning solutions.
• Manage time to drive team success and contribute personally to development.
