fpSOLUTIONS, the learning and professional development division of Fisher Phillips LLP, in Atlanta, GA, seeks an innovative Instructional Designer to create engaging, scenario-based compliance, data privacy, and workplace safety training using Storyline, Rise, Absorb Create, and Synthesia AI.

The role blends strategic design with hands-on development, collaborating with attorneys and SMEs to translate requirements into practical learning experiences while ensuring accessibility and branding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience designing corporate learning solutions.
• Hands-on with Articulate Storyline and Rise required; other tools are a plus.
• Experience publishing LMS content and managing SCORM/xAPI.
• Portfolio demonstrating instructional design process and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, scenario-based e-learning modules for compliance, data privacy, and workplace safety.
• Collaborate with attorneys and SMEs to translate compliance requirements into learning strategies.
• Conduct training needs analyses and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, design strategies, and assessments.
• Create multimedia elements including video, AI content, simulations, and animations.
• Publish courses in SCORM/xAPI formats and deploy on LMS platforms.
• Ensure accessibility, branding, and adult learning best practices.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive iterative improvements.
