Job summary

War Child invites a Learning Designer to scale the adaptive Care System by creating accessible learning paths and resources. You will work with the core EBM teams to improve existing paths and co-create new blended learning materials with partners for contextualized adoption.

You will design scalable learning experiences, produce activity-based content, and guide stakeholders through collaborative design processes. Some travel for field trainings may be required.

Qualifications

• Design scalable learning models.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Evolve is a must.
• A minimum of 5 years creating in-product micro learning and a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Knowledge of learning platforms and tools like Kaya, WordPress, Canva, video editing, and AI-assisted design.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning design projects related to implementing the Care System.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops with stakeholders and partners.
• Design blended learning paths and develop interactive e-learning modules with storyboard.
• Publish prototypes of learning paths, resources, and platforms.
