Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer to develop innovative learning materials and curricula across instructor-led, self-paced, and technology-based formats.

The role involves evaluating existing trainings, identifying developmental needs, and driving continuous improvement in training offerings. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in instructional design, proficiency with Articulate 360, and strong facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• At least 2 years of Instructional design experience (portfolio requested).
• At least 2 years of Articulate 360 experience.
• At least 2 years of facilitation/presentation experience.
• Experience using AI to design training preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• LMS experience with Workday Learning preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply instructional design to develop instructor-led, self-paced, and tech-based training materials.
• Conduct follow-up studies to evaluate results and modify programs as needed.
• Collaborate with SMEs to assess needs and competency gaps.
• Revise curricular materials and advise on delivery methods.
• Design guidelines, handbooks, and checklists for training programs.
• Provide expert advice on overall strategy for training materials.
