Able to develop varied learning tools incl. storyboards, written content, and e-learning.
Able to write curriculum based on competencies.
Strong analytical skills to convert needs into sequenced training materials.
Excellent writing—concise, creative, and effective instructional materials.

Responsibilities

Create training solutions including written content, systems documentation, and e-learning.
Develop quality training materials based on the ADDIE model.
Write design documents, objectives, content, scenarios, activities, and assessments.
Consult with team members, clients, and SMEs to identify best practices.
Maintain source documents.
