Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring an Instructional Designer to develop learning solutions across multiple modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats. You will work with stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, measurability, and impact on performance.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, English and Spanish bilingual ability, and experience with eLearning tools.

The Instructional Designer supports the research, design, and development of effective learning solutions that support organizational goals and employee performance. This role contributes to the creation of instructor‑led, web‑based, eLearning, and self‑managed learning experiences across a variety of subject areas, including position based training, technical skills, leadership development, compliance, and new initiatives. The Instructional Designer partners closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure training solutions are accurate, engaging, and aligned with business and operational needs.
