Qualifications

• Proficiency with instructional design tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia).
• Ability to apply ADDIE across full product lifecycle.
• Experience conducting needs and task analyses to identify performance gaps.
• Ability to evaluate training via learner assessments and data and revise content accordingly.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Use project management skills to balance SME input, customer requirements, and timelines.
