Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; Master's degree preferred.
• Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for subject and level assigned.
• Teaching certification held in multiple areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide collaborative and one-on-one instructional coaching to improve academic success.
• Facilitate teacher learning and professional development sessions.
• Align instructional support with district goals and campus priorities.
• Lead data sessions and monitor evidence-based intervention strategies.
• Model and promote evidence-based instructional practices in classrooms.
• Disaggregate test data to guide curricular and instructional improvements.
