Job summary

Legacy Traditional Schools is seeking an Instructional Coach to build capacity by supporting teachers to develop more effective instruction. You will work with teachers daily, facilitate school-wide professional development, and guide intervention strategies aligned with standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's, a valid state teaching certificate, and at least one year of lead teacher or instructional coaching experience; a Master’s degree and Spalding certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• A current teaching certificate from within the state.
• One year of lead teacher or instructional coach experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Taught three or more years in a variety of grade levels.
• Spalding Certified Teacher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with intervention plans and data tracking.
• Monitor student progress and coach on standards alignment.
• Provide initial and continued professional development for teaching staff.
• Lead weekly PLC meetings and facilitate instructional training sessions.
• Collaborate with campus leadership on school-wide instruction goals.
