Job summary

Tuloso-Midway ISD is seeking an Instructional Facilitator to coach classroom teachers, evaluate instructional programs, and model best practices with emphasis on instructional technology. The role reports to the Campus Principal and supports Title I objectives.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and a Texas teaching certificate. The position requires collaborative leadership, data-driven planning, and strong communication to enhance student achievement across assigned campus

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate required or eligible.
• Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation.
• Ability to interpret data and evaluate instruction programs.
• Ability to develop and deliver training to adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Staff Development: coach teachers, set objectives for professional development, provide feedback.
• Instructional and Program Management: analyze student data, develop curricular materials, promote technology and innovative strategies.
• Other: maintain records, comply with policies, follow safety protocols.
