Beanstalk is seeking an Instructional Assistant II for a full-time, on-site role in Sacramento, CA. The position supports a Full-Year program with 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, in a 2800 Stonecreek Dr. location.

Starting pay ranges from $22.16 to $24.92 per hour, with a potential annual salary around $46k–$52k depending on qualifications. Candidates should have 6+ ECE units or related coursework and at least a high school diploma, plus they must pass fingerprint clearance and health

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Age: 18 years or older; High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.

2. Education: Must have 6 or more Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or related field college semester units .

3. Experience: Preference given for experience working with children.

4. Other: Fingerprint and criminal clearance required. Pre-employment physical, TB clearance, current measles and pertussis vaccines required.

Other Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation. (If required to drive for work purposes must have a valid clean driving record, CA. Driver License, Registered and Insured Vehicle.) Must be authorized to work in the US.
