Job summary

The IA collaborates with teachers to reinforce skills, adapts strategies for diverse learners, assists with materials and classroom procedures, and helps supervise students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supporting classroom instruction preferred.
• Familiarity with FERPA and student privacy practices beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assists teachers with instructional activities and classroom management.
• Plans with teachers to reinforce skills and prepare materials.
• Maintains safety and supervises students to support a positive environment.
